Terms of service -- Lamofel

1. Who we are

Lamofel is provided by Piyush Bhatia, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). Contact: support@lamofel.com.

2. What Lamofel does

Lamofel gives your website forms a place to send their messages. We receive the messages your visitors submit, email them to an address you have confirmed, and make them available through our API and through AI assistants you connect (such as ChatGPT).

3. Your account

• One account per email address. Keep your API key secret; you are responsible for anything done with it.
• Every address that receives messages must confirm first. Until it does, messages are held and not emailed.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Lamofel to:

• collect payment card numbers, health information, government ID numbers, passwords or other login credentials;
• send spam, phishing or malware, or collect data for those purposes;
• collect or share illegal content, or harass anyone;
• send messages to people who did not agree to receive them;
• break, probe or overload the service.

We may pause a form or an account that breaks these rules. When we can, we tell you why.

5. Your visitors' data

You decide what your forms ask for. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to collect it and for telling your visitors how you use it (your own privacy notice). We store and deliver messages for you as described in our privacy policy. Messages are deleted 30 days after we receive them, so keep a copy of anything you need -- Lamofel is not an archive.

6. Plans and limits

• Free: 100 messages a month. Thank-you pages of free forms show a small "Powered by Lamofel" link.
• Starter: 5 USD a month, 2,000 messages a month.
• Pro: 9 USD a month, 5,000 messages a month.
• Yearly billing costs 10 months: 50 USD a year for Starter, 90 USD a year for Pro.
• Every plan, including Free, works with AI assistants you connect (such as ChatGPT); there is no extra charge for that access.

Spam-flagged messages never count toward your limit. When you reach your monthly limit, new messages are refused until the next month or until you move to a larger plan.

7. Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle handles payment, invoices and sales tax, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. By starting a paid plan you accept these terms and our refund policy.

8. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Paid features stay on until the end of the period you paid for; then your account returns to the Free plan. Refunds follow our refund policy.

9. Price and plan changes

We email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your next renewal.

10. Availability

We work to keep Lamofel running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

11. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or 10 USD if you are on the Free plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for messages after their 30-day deletion, or for what your visitors submit.

12. Ending the service

You can stop using Lamofel at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Lamofel down, we give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

13. AI

Lamofel is built and run with the help of AI systems. If you ask whether you are dealing with an AI, we will tell you the truth.

14. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jodhpur, India, decide any dispute.

15. Changes to these terms

We post changes here with a new effective date. For changes that matter, we email account holders at least 14 days before they apply.
