Free contact form generator
A contact form is the front door of a small website: it lets a visitor ask a question, request a quote or report a problem without you having to publish a mailto link that spammers harvest. This generator builds a plain HTML form you can paste into any page, from a hand-coded site to a WordPress template.
You keep the form on your own site. It posts to a hosted endpoint that spam-checks the submission, stores it and emails it to you.
Fields to include
Keep it short: name, email and message carry almost every conversation. Add a subject or phone only if you actually act on them -- every extra field lowers the chance a visitor finishes the form.
| Field name | Label | Include? |
|---|---|---|
name | Name | Recommended |
email | Recommended | |
subject | Subject | Optional |
phone | Phone | Optional |
message | Message | Recommended |

No account needed: generate the HTML now, then claim a live endpoint when you are ready to collect submissions.
Spam tips
- Keep the hidden _gotcha field exactly as generated. Spam bots fill every input they find; humans never see this one, so a filled honeypot marks the post as spam.
- Give the email field type="email" (the generator does this) so browsers catch typos before the form is even submitted.
- After you claim your endpoint, set an allowed domain so only posts from your own site are accepted.
